Chapter thirty-four

November 21, 1923, Uptown, Chicago, Illinois

Outside the hotel, the Uptown streets were lit up with a neon glow. Men and woman walked the snowy sidewalks arm in arm, bundled up in their winter coats, trying to stay warm as they headed out to enjoy the city's nightlife. And one thing was for certain, the bad weather wasn't going to put a damper on anyone's night.

The front door of the Sheridan Plaza Hotel opened. Bam and Ville ran out to the awaiting taxi, with smiles on their faces, and quickly got inside. The day had been perfect; everything about it. All of Ville's plans for the day had been canceled with a few simple phones calls, giving them the alone time they needed, which was mostly spent in the bedroom, talking and getting to know one another again.

"Where to?" the taxi driver asked.

"Rainbo Gardens, North Clark Street," Ville quickly answered, settling back in the seat next to Bam, purposely brushing against the younger man.

The driver nodded and pulled out onto the busy street.

"What is Rainbo Gardens?" Bam asked, knocking the snowflakes off the brown raccoon coat Ville let him borrow, secretly wondering how much the coat cost, but not daring to ask.

"It's a nightclub, but there's a vaudeville show there tonight."

"I didn't know you were into vaudeville."

"I'm not, well, not really. I just think tonight's show could be interesting. Gas said I should check it out."

"Is Harry Houdini gonna be there or something?"

"No," Ville laughed. "Isn't he the magician?"

"Don't forget illusionist, escape artist, stunt performer, actor..."

"I've never seen one of his shows, so..." Ville shrugged.

"Houdini is amazing!" Bam exclaimed. "You have to see him live."

"So, I take it you've been to one of his shows."

"Yeah, I have. My parents took my brother and I to New York five years ago to see him at the Hippodrome."

"That was when he made that ten-thousand pound elephant disappear, wasn't it?" the driver asked.

"Yeah, it was."

"My wife and I was there," the driver responded. "But we had some pretty bad seats. There was this annoying kid who kept talking during the show. He was getting on everyone's nerves, including his mother's. I'll never forget that blonde-haired woman turning around and saying, 'Brandon Cole, if you don't shut up I'm going to have Houdini make you disappear for an encore.'" The man laughed. "I bet that kid turned out to be a real pill."

Ville threw his hands over his mouth, trying to keep from laughing out loud, but his hiccupy laugh couldn't be silenced. He knew exactly who the man was talking about without a doubt in his mind. Bam.

"Shut up," Bam whispered, elbowing Ville in the ribs.

"Yeah, I don't think I've ever met such an obnoxious little brat," the man continued.

"I have," Ville cackled and Bam elbowed him again.

"How much farther is this Rainbow place?" Bam asked, trying to change the subject to get Ville to be quiet before he spilled the beans. The last thing he wanted was for the man to know he was the little brat that was throwing things at him after the show.

"It's about a three minute drive from the hotel... or you could say across the street from Saint Bonifacius Cemetery." The driver pointed to his right and Bam followed his finger to a large cemetery.

Raising an eyebrow, Bam turned around and looked at Ville. "Wait, hold on one minute. There's a nightclub across the street from this cemetery?" Ville nodded.

"Right in front of it."

"Maybe it's just me, but, that's-"

"Weird?" Ville finished.

"Uh, yeah," Bam quipped. "I guess we can always go ghost hunting after we're finished, huh?"

"Not really. Rosehill Cemetery is a better place for-" Ville cut himself off and shook his head. "Geez, I've been hanging around Mige too long."

"Geez?" Bam laughed. "I never thought I'd hear that word come out of your mouth."

"Oh, hush."

The taxi made a right down North Clark Street and came to a stop in front of the brick building, which was Rainbo Gardens. Ville quickly paid the taxi fair and they got out. The cold night air stung their noses and snowflakes fell around them, but that didn't stop Ville from lighting up a cigarette before they went in the club.

With chattering teeth, Bam pulled Ville's raccoon coat tighter around him and huddled against the skinny Finn, watching lines of automobiles zipping by the club. "How about we go inside before we freeze our balls off out here."

"I beg your pardon," a young blonde woman scoffed, stopping as she passed, giving them dirty looks.

"Then stop eavesdropping, doll face," Bam spat.

"Well, I've never," the woman gasped, sticking her pointy nose in the air and walking off.

"And you never will, you nosy little-"

"Bam!" Ville shouted.

"What? She started it," Bam pouted, crossing his arms over his chest. "Snooty little bitch."

"Bam, be quiet. I don't want to get kicked out of the club before we even go in."

"Sorry," Bam sulked. "I always seem to rub everyone the wrong way."

"I wouldn't say everyone," Ville whispered in Bam's ear, smiling.

Dropping his cigarette butt, Ville pulled away from Bam and walked toward the entrance of the club, stopping in front of the double doors with a come-hither stare in his eyes. He opened one of the doors and wagged his finger for Bam to follow and like a trained puppy, Bam did.

* * * * *

After checking their coats, Bam and Ville made their way into the crowded auditorium of the Rainbo Room to an empty table on the right side of the stage and dance floor. The red velvet curtains on the stage were still pulled but the opening act had already taken the stage, though the crowd paid little attention to the acrobats as they settled in for the show.

Bam took a seat at the table next to Ville and scooted his chair around so he could see the stage better, knowing the show would soon start. A pretty young waitress, with jet-black bobbed hair and a wide rouged mouth, came over to their table and took their orders. A short while later she returned with their meals and two alcoholic cocktails, which Ville secretly ordered. The woman placed her pale slender finger to her painted lips and made a shushing sound before giving Ville a flirty smile and walking off.

"And who was that?" Bam questioned, jealousy clear in his voice.

"Helen something. I've learned that if you be nice to the waitresses they'll be nice to you." Ville picked up his drink and grinned.

"I should have known," Bam laughed, picking up a piece of shrimp from the shrimp cocktail he ordered. "Just no getting drunk, okay? Because if you come onto me I can't guarantee I'll push you away." Bam scooted Ville's chicken sandwich in front of him and smiled.

"Maybe I don't want you to." Ville grinned, taking a sip of his drink.

A slender man, with graying hair and an expensive black suit, walked out on the stage and stepped in front of the microphone. "Ladies and gentleman, may I have your attention, please?" the man began. "I'd like to welcome you all to the Rainbo Room. Tonight we have the privilege of bringing you a comedic duo from a little town out west that you may have heard of. But first, let's give a great big welcome to Chicago's very own singing vaudevillians, the Casey Sisters."

Two pretty young woman, with bobbed hair and matching outfits, came out on the stage and the crowd applauded. Bam and Ville looked at each other and rolled their eyes, thinking how ridiculous the pair looked in their shimmery costumes.

"I bet they're not really sisters," Bam mumbled.

"What?"

"The Casey Sisters, I bet they're not even related." Bam picked up a piece of shrimp and dipped in the cocktail sauce, waving it in front of him as he talked. "That's just the way vaudeville works. I guess they think a talented sibling act will bring in the dough. And so, when they can't find one, they create one." A drop of the cocktail sauce dripped onto the table and Bam tossed the piece of shrimp in his mouth.

"I guess that explains why they don't look alike," Ville chuckled, rolling up the sleeves of his red shirt.

"I really like that color on you," Bam whispered, watching the Finn's every move.

"I know. That's why I wore it," Ville whispered, picking up his drink again. He gave Bam a sly smile and looked toward the stage, watching the two women singing about some man named Harry.

"I'm just wild about Harry
And Harry's wild about me
The heavenly caresses of his kisses
Fills me with ecstasy...

"Have I ever mentioned how much I hate this song?" Bam muttered, drawing Ville's attention back to him.

"At least it isn't that banana's song."

"Banana's," Bam repeated with a laugh, trying to pronounce the word like Ville.

"Don't start," Ville warned, pointing his finger at Bam.

"But I love your accent. You can make any word sound sexy."

"You're crazy."

"It's true. Remember last night when you said you missed the way I taste and-"

"Bam, shh!" Ville interrupted, nearly spilling his drink.

"Oops."

Nervously, Ville sat his drink down and looked over his shoulder to see if anyone had been listening to their conversation, but thankfully, everyone seemed to be more interested in the show than Bam's loud mouth.

Leaning across the table, Ville patted Bam on the back of the hand and smiled. "Bam, sweetie, you know I love you right?"

"Yes," Bam winced.

"Then zip it."

"Sorry. It just slipped out. I wasn't thinking."

"Oh, you were thinking, but not with your brain." Ville shook his head and picked up his sandwich. "Now, watch the show. I think you'll like the next act."

Once the Casey Sisters' had finally left the stage the man with the graying hair returned. He took his place in front of the microphone again and Ville kicked Bam under the table to get his attention.

"Our next act joins us from Los Angeles, California. These boys have just joined the tour a few weeks ago, but you may have already seen them in a little movie over the summer called 'The Rose.' You know the one with the two pretty woman having an affair. Oh, wait a minute. Wasn't one of them a man?" The crowd laughed and Ville glared at the announcer. "Anyway, put your hands together and welcome Chris Pontius and Steve-O."

Bam's mouth dropped open. He turned and looked at Ville and the Finn smiled.

"Surprise," Ville chuckled.

Speechless, Bam looked back to the stage, seeing his old friends come out on the stage dressed like Charlie Chaplin's long lost hobo cousins. "Oh, my god. How-how did you know-"

"The newspapers have been advertising for it for the past week. I'm surprised you didn't see the posters outside."

"I was too busy looking at you and freezing my balls off." Bam snorted. "I haven't seen them in months... Thank you." Forgetting where he was, Bam leaned over and started to kiss Ville, but the Finn quickly pushed him away and picked up his cocktail again. At first Bam was hurt by Ville's action, but when he realized where he was he slapped himself in the forehead and grabbed another piece of shrimp and crammed it in his mouth.

Ville glanced behind them and let out a sigh of relief. Once again, no one had been watching but he was getting more than a little paranoid. "That was close," Ville whispered, bringing the glass to his lips.

"Yeah, sorry. I don't know what's gotten into me tonight," Bam said, looking back to the stage at Steve-O juggle bowling pins and Pontius telling jokes beside him. "They're pretty good." Bam nodded, agreeing with himself.

"Uh, Bam, how offended would you be if I started throwing things at your friends?"

"What?" Bam cocked an eyebrow.

"The day before yesterday they played at the Majestic Theatre downtown. I didn't go, but Gas did. He said they were pretty much making fun of me. I think that's why the announcer called me a girl."

"Seriously?" Ville nodded. "Shit, I'll help you throw stuff at them. No one makes fun of my Willa, even if he does look like a girl sometimes... Ow!" Bam yelped, rubbing his shin. "Would you stop kicking me?"

"Then stop giving me a reason to kick you."

"Okay, okay," Bam responded, looking back to the stage. "Any idea what they said about you?"

"Not a clue," Ville mumbled. "Gas wouldn't tell me. I guess he didn't want to hurt my feelings."

"If it's something bad I'll kick their ass." Bam sighed. "But I'm glad they finally got a job where they're not the opening act anymore. That was like a big insult and they were too dumb to realize it."

"I guess your movie really helped out everyone's career, eh?"

Bam nodded. "Actually, it has, mostly. Marion's working on her second leading role. Knoxville just finished filming a movie for Paramount. The studio loaned him out for the film in exchange for another actor... Let's see," Bam said, thinking. "Cristina and Lucky eloped a couple weeks ago and pissed off the studio. I don't know what made Lear more mad, the fact that she married a gangster or that Bessie Mitchell plastered the story all over the front page of the newspaper."

"Why would Lear care if they got married?"

"Apparently, Cristina signed some contract with the studio while we were making 'The Rose' and Lear doesn't want bad press surrounding his actors."

"I guess they've finally stopped writing about me then, huh?"

"Well," Bam grimaced, "last week's headline was 'studio outraged by actor's disappearance.'"

"You're kidding, right?"

"No, Lear's been hounding me to tell him where you are, but I've never said a word."

"He's crazy if he thinks I'm doing another movie."

"I wouldn't worry about it. You're not under contract at the studio so the worst he could do is bribe you with money."

"I don't think there is enough money to make me do another film."

"But you're a wonderful actor."

"Yeah, right," Ville scoffed.

"Well, you could have used some acting lessons. But with all the editing I did on your last picture no one will ever know. You looked like a pro."

"I haven't seen it yet."

"I know, but you will. I can guarantee it."

"I really don't like watching myself. It's weird."

"Then I guess I'm weird, because I love watching myself."

"You would," Ville laughed.

"Hey, I'm not the only one. Dunn does too."

"Is he working on a new film as well?"

"No. Dunn works as a stagehand now. Lear doesn't think he has enough charisma to be taken serious as an actor, but what does Lear know? When I get my own studio I'll show him. All of my friends are going to get jobs and we are going to be the biggest studio in all of Hollywood. And if talking pictures ever catch on a certain someone is going to be doing another film, whether he likes it or not."

"If you're talking about me you can forget it."

"I've already got it planned out. You have to do it," Bam said dramatically.

"No."

"It's too late. I've already started writing it."

"Sure."

"We'll maybe not written out, but it's all in here." Bam pointed to his head and nodded. "You are going to play the part of a famous singer that everyone wants... And let's see," Bam scratched his head, thinking, "we'll have a young girl from somewhere in the mid-west who is in love with you. She saves up all of her money and goes to the city to find you, leaving her boyfriend at home..."

"You're just making this up as you go along, aren't you?"

Bam made a face and continued talking, even though he knew he was caught red-handed. "She's a shy girl, see? She's afraid to just go up and talk to you, therefore she follows you around."

"Like a stalker?"

"Well, sort of. But once she finally works up the courage to talk to you she sees that you are just a conceited self-centered bastard and goes back home to her boyfriend. And they live happily ever after."

"Gee, thanks."

"I'm kidding. Your character can be a sweet charming young man who doesn't want to hurt the girl's feelings. So he tries turning her down easy, but the girl becomes outraged by the singer's rejection. Then she goes all psycho on your ass and murders you. We can make it into a crime drama. That way you won't actually have to be in the movie too much and you'll still get top billing."

"That's not a bad idea, but there's one problem."

"What?"

"I'm not doing."

"Ville," Bam whined.

"Hush, I'm trying to watch the show."

"But-"

"Bam, you said 'if' talking pictures ever catch on. And right now, I haven't seen the first talking picture because they don't exist."

"Yeah, but they're still working out some of the problems. It's going to happen. I know it will."

"Whether it does or not, I don't care. I don't want to be an actor. So, please, stop talking about it."

"I understand." Bam let out a long sigh. "Can I at least talk to you about some of my ideas or is the whole movie topic something we can't talk about?"

"Bam," Ville sighed, starting to get aggravated. "I love hearing your ideas but not when one of them includes me."

"Even if it's just playing a band in a nightclub, where all you do is sing and the camera really doesn't focus on you?"

"When this talking picture thing actually happens then we'll talk about it. Years from now I might change my mind, but right now, I want to distance myself from films. I want to concentrate on singing."

"Okay," Bam mumbled, sitting back against his seat like a pouting child. "I didn't mean to make you mad."

"I'm not mad," Ville insisted, sounding slightly irritated. "Movies just isn't something I want to do. You don't have to include me in your movies because I'll always be there when you come home... unless I'm on tour."

"Tour?"

"Yeah. Seppo thinks we could make more money if we took the act on the rode and performed at some of the other clubs. He's working on setting up some dates for a tour of the east coast."

"I guess I can forget about spending Christmas with you," Bam mumbled, sadly.

"No, the tour's not until February so I'll still be in Chicago."

"West Chester," Bam coughed.

"Excuse me. What?"

"You're coming to West Chester with me for Christmas. I already told April I was bringing you."

Ville's eyes widened.

"You did not. Please, tell me you're joking."

"My parents will love you."

"Your parents?" Bam nodded. "No. No. I am not meeting your parents."

"What's the big deal?"

"They're your parents!" Ville shouted.

Bam pressed his finger to his lips, telling Ville to talk lower, knowing his outburst had drawn some unwanted attention to their table.

"What am I supposed to say to them?" Ville whispered, harshly. "Hi, I'm Ville, I'm fucking your son."

"Vil-"

"No, Bam, no," Ville argued. "You can forget it!"

"Would you calm down?" Bam said through gritted teeth, more bothered by the prying ears than Ville. "They'll just think you're a friend. I promise."

"I don't care what they think I am. I'm not going. I have to work Christmas Eve anyway."

"For real? Your boss expects you to work on Christmas Eve?" Ville nodded. "What a Scrooge! Doesn't he think you have a family you'd want to spend the holidays with?"

"Well, yes, but I volunteered to do it. I'm one of the few people at the club who's not going home for the holidays."

"Yes, you are. You're coming to my house."

"No, I'm not."

"Are too."

"Are not."

"You're going."

"No, I'm-" Ville quickly cut himself off when he heard Pontius say his name.

"Yeah, sadly it's true," Pontius sulked, pretending to be sad. "That beautiful Amazon woman that caught my eye was Ville Valo." The crowd burst out laughing. "I remember the director telling me how hard it was trying to cast a female character because he had to find a woman prettier than Ville, which was next to impossible." Pontius dramatically threw up his arms and the crowd started laughing again. "So I told the director, why not put Ville in a dress and just cast one of the female actresses as a man. And he was all for it."

With his mouth agape, Ville turned and looked at Bam, glaring.

"That's not true. He's making that up," Bam insisted, sounding slightly panicked.

"But we couldn't find any actresses tall enough to play Caleb, so fortunately we found Cristina Scabbia to play the lead. But the problems didn't end there."

"No, they sure didn't," Steve-O responded overly dramatic, handing Pontius a rolled up piece of fabric.

"Ville was too skinny. We had to pad his clothing just so he wouldn't disappear on the screen when he turned sideways." Everyone in the room burst out laughing. "You see, this is the size of clothes he normally wears." Pontius unfolded the fabric and the audience died laughing at the sight of baby clothes.

"That's it," Ville muttered, grabbing the uneaten portion of his sandwich and flinging it at the stage, hitting Pontius in the head.

Steve-O started laughing and Bam stood up, throwing anything he could get his hands on at his insulting friends. Dinner rolls, shrimp, pieces of a chicken sandwich, and even a bowl of cocktail sauce flew through the air at the stage, pelting anyone that got in the way. And when the crowd looked in their direction they got up and ran to the exit, laughing all the way at what they had done, knowing Pontius and Steve-O had seen them.

* * * * *

Though their time at the Rainbo Room had come to an early end, they didn't call it a night. Just down the street at the Riviera Theater 'The Acquittal' was playing and the who-dunnit caper was just what they needed to wind down from the excitement at the club. And after the movie ended it was back to the hotel, where for some odd reason Ville insisted upon giving Bam a grand tour of the hotel's first and second floor, even though it was almost midnight.

"Can we please go upstairs now? There's nothing left to look at," Bam complained, leaning against the wall.

"No, I still want to show you something. So, you wait here and I'll be back in less than fifteen minutes."

"Fifteen minutes?" Bam groaned.

"I need to go get something."

"Then I'll come with you."

"No, just wait here. I'll be back before you can miss me." Ville reached over to a vase of fresh roses, sitting on a table, and pulled one out and handed it to Bam. He gave him a quick peck on the lips and whispered, "I'll be right back" and ran down the hallway without saying another word.

"Don't worry about me. I'll be fine here by myself," Bam grumbled, placing his hands on his hips, breaking the rose's long stem in half in the process.

Sighing, Bam turned around to put the rose back where Ville got it and at the very end of the hallway he saw two carved white double doors, with etched glass, and a sign above it that said Sheridan Ballroom. And even though Ville said to wait here, Bam could not resist the temptation to look in the ballroom. It had been one of the few rooms that Ville hadn't showed him, so curiosity got the better of him.

Walking down the hallway to the double doors, Bam gently pushed one of them open and peeped inside. The overhead lights were off but on each table set little lamps and half a dozen of them were still on, which lit up small sections of the room and made the crystal chandeliers, hanging from the dark ceiling, sparkle like thousands of tiny diamonds as the glass reflected the lamps light. In the center of the room was a dance floor and behind it was a small stage with a grand piano sitting on it. The very sight made Bam's heart skip a beat. He glanced behind him to make sure no one was watching before he went inside the ballroom.

Slowly, he made his way across the dance floor, only stopping to turn on a couple lamps nearest the stage. The beautiful black lacquer finished grand piano seemed to light up like a beacon in the night, shining for the world to see.

Completely in awe of the sight before, Bam climbed the steps to the stage and walked over to the piano, gently pressing down on the ivory keys. A soft soothing sound came from the instrument. Bam smiled. He laid the rose on top of the piano, then took a seat on the stool. He gently tapped the keys, playing the piano softly, though the music he created wasn't exactly pleasing to the ear.

"Why can't you be as easy to play as you were in my dream?" Bam sighed, pressing down on the middle C key.

Closing his eyes, Bam let his fingers glide across the keys, pretending as if he were Burton playing the song that he loved so much. And soon, that sound came to life. Bam's eyes shot open. He jerked his hands back from the keys like they were snakes about to bite him, but yet, the music played on.

Thinking the instrument was possessed, Bam started to get up but the soft sound of Ville's voice quickly stopped him. He lowered himself back to the piano bench and looked to the side of the stage. Ville slowly emerged from the shadows, looking as he did in his dream, snaking his way toward him with his top hat on his head, singing to the mysterious music.

"The kiss sweetest
And touch so warm
'The smile kindest
In this world so cold and strong

So close to the flame
Burning brightly
It won't fade away
And leave us lonely..."

With the grace of a cat, Ville climbed upon the piano and crawled across its smooth surface, stopping in front of Bam, picking up the rose, then letting it fall from his fingertips onto the ivory keys. Bam's heart skipped a beat. Ville's lips curled into a smile as he leaned forward and slipped his hand behind Bam's head, pulling him into a breathtaking kiss. Lips smacked together and tongues darted in and out of each others mouth before Ville abruptly pulled away.

"So, what happen next?" Ville asked with lust burning in his eyes.

"I-I don't know," Bam stuttered. "I've never got that far."

"Then I guess I write the rest of this dream."

Without warning, Ville reached out and grabbed the collar of Bam's shirt and jerked him forward, forcing him to join him on top the piano. Bam's knee pressed down on the piano keys, creating a horrendous sound, but neither of them paid it any mind.

Before Bam could even comprehend what was going on Ville's lips were on his and his hands were unbuttoning his white shirt. Ville's aggression took Bam by surprise, but he was getting more than a little turned on by it.

"Are you sure about this?" Bam panted.

Ville nodded and moved to his neck, sucking at his tender flesh.

"What about Susanna?"

"What about her?" Ville purred, moving down to unbutton Bam's pants. The zipper was pulled down and Bam sucked in a shaky breath.

"But you said no sex until-" A hand suddenly slipped into Bam's pants, causing him to gasp. Long slender fingers wrapped around his length, stroking him in a way that only Ville knew how. "Oh, my god."

Ville looked up with a evil smile on his face, stroking Bam faster with his magical hand. "What were you saying, love?"

"I... I... I can't remember," Bam panted, dropping his hand back behind him on the piano to support his weight.

"You like that, don't you?" Bam quickly nodded, begging for more.

"Yes, god, yes," Bam moaned, closing his hand over the Finn's through the fabric of his pants. "Fuck me. Please, Ville."

"Not tonight, sweetheart. But I can promise you won't leave Chicago a virgin," Ville whispered seductively in Bam's ear, licking his tongue over his earlobe, sending a chill down Bam's spine. "Now, lay back and pull your pants down."

"Are you going to-" Ville nodded and slipped his hand out of Bam's pants. "I don't have a condom or anything."

"I want you to cum inside me," Ville said, unfastening his own pants.

"Ville, I'm not going to fuck you dry. I don't want to hurt you. It's been a while."

Shaking off the slight sting of the last sentence, Ville reached out and touched Bam's cheek. "Don't worry about it. I've already taken care of it upstairs. I'm ready to go. I'm just waiting on you."

Grinning like a true pervert, Bam raised up and quickly yanked his pants and underwear down to his knees, letting little Bam spring free of the garments.

"Oh, I'm more than ready," Bam responded, excitement clear in his voice.

With a satisfied laugh, Ville quickly discarded his own pants and underwear, but when he reached for his top hat Bam grabbed his arm.

"Keep it on. The shirt too."

"It's your dream, sweetheart," Ville responded, licking his lips. "Now, lay back."

Bam laid back and Ville climbed up onto his thighs and took Bam's cock in his hand, positioning it at his entrance. He took a deep breath and slowly began to slide down Bam's shaft, grimacing at the pain. Bam reached out and took Ville's hips in his hands, helping to guide him down onto his rock-hard cock until he was completely filled. Ville squeezed his eyes shut and bit his bottom lip, unable to ignore the overwhelming burn of his muscles stretching.

"You okay?" Bam whispered in concern

"Y-yeah, I just need a minute," Ville breathed out. "You feel... bigger than I remember."

"I'll take that as a compliment." Bam smirked.

Ville took another deep breath and Bam loving rubbed his hand over the Finn's stomach.

"Take as long as you need. I love you," Bam whispered.

"I love you more," Ville said, opening his eyes. He leaned forward and Bam raised up to met his lips in a passionate kiss.

When they parted, Ville started to move. At first it started slow but once Ville's pain began to dull it quickly turned into a fast lust-filled fuck. Ville road him fast and hard and Bam's thrusting hips were there to meet him each time he slide down his shaft. Pants and moans filled the room, echoing in the emptiness, as their skin slapped and rocked together. Every single movement brought them closer to an orgasmic heaven that only they could give one another.

Bam's hand wrapped around Ville's leaking cock, stroking and pumping, milking him for his cream as his own orgasm grew into a blinding pleasure. Suddenly, Bam's body spasmed and he bucked his hips into Ville. An orgasmic blast jolted through his stomach like electricity and he came hard, feeling Ville with his seed and soon Ville was repeating his heated action across Bam's stomach.

Ville rocked against Bam's hips a few more times, riding out their orgasms as long as he could before he dropped down against Bam's chest out of breath; his hat rolled off his head and fell to the floor. "That was so good," Ville wheezed, kissing Bam's sweaty chest.

"You can say that again," Bam moaned, kissing Ville on top of the head. "I forgot how good you were. No, you're better than you were."

"I'll never look at this piano the same way again."

"I don't think it will ever play the same again," Bam snorted. "I think we should do this again some time."

"Then we should probably clean this up and get out of here before someone walks in."

"Let them clean it," Bam mumbled.

"Bam, we don't want them to suspect anything or we won't be able to do it again later."

"Good point," Bam said, noticing the music he heard earlier still playing. Ville started to rise up and Bam wrapped his arms around his back and pulled him back to his chest. "You are not going anywhere until you tell me where that music is coming from. I know I'm not going crazy here."

Ville let out his famous laugh and kissed Bam on the nose. "There's a phonograph backstage."

"Oh," Bam laughed. "But how-"

"Burton recorded some instrumentals for the radio since they won't play our music... because it's not jazz."

"Someday they will. You're too good to just ignore." Bam pulled Ville closer so their noses were touching. "I want to thank you for tonight. I've been dreaming about this for so long and you made it come true."

"I just wanted to thank you for coming here and finding me. I know I said we weren't going to have sex until I got things straightened out, but after last night I know what I want. I want you and only you. Susanna will just have to understand. You complete me. I feel whole again and I don't want to lose that feeling.... This is forever, Bam."

"You're damn right it is. Now, shut up and kiss me, birthday boy."

"My birthday isn't until tomorrow."

"It's after midnight, which makes it your birthday." Bam lifted his hand and brushed Ville's hair behind his ear and gave him a soft kiss on the lips. "Happy birthday, baby."

A/N: I haven't written a sex scene in forever so forgive the suckiness, and hopefully, it didn't make you cringe too badly. Anyway, in a few chapters or so, once the story reaches New Years, it's going to skip ahead into the decade, but not in a way that will leave you wondering what the heck happened... And sorry for the delay, I've had life problems, but hopefully, I'm back on track now.

Leave a comment, please, if you still love me.Photobucket

The sex scene wasn't bad at all, it was good =)

I loved that Pontius was making fun of Ville, that was very funny. And I'm so glad that Susanna is out of the picture and Ville only has eyes for Bam, as it should be.

I really liked the chapter, it was wonderful as usual with all the vivid details.

What are you talking about? The sex scene wasn't bad at all. =)

Haha! I love that Ville and Bam got to throw their food at Steve-O and Pontius. Score!

Great to see this again. Sorry about the problems you mentioned. I hope things are better now. =)

Thanks. I'm still searching for that comfort zone in writing them. They usually get cut in the editing. But this one didn't take long to write.
I only regret they didn't have the classic tomato to throw. lol
Well, part of the problem got out on bail this morning. >:(

Thanks for commenting/reading.

Is it wrong that the mention of the piano made me think of pretty woman?

Bam thinking it was a dream was adorable.

Pretty sure I have had a dream or twenty that looked just like this.

The sex shattered my world.

Especially since it was dream-come-true sex.

rode*. Ville rode* him.

And a few other errors, nothing major.

I really loved this chapter. They are too cute together.

I can't believe it's coming to a close soon! *gasp*

Glad you liked it.
Fixed it. Thanks.

It still has a little bit left. The biggest twist of the story is coming up. And you may even see a little bit of The Great Depression, depending on which ending I use.
I just hope I get it finished before I move.

*smiles* I always do. ^^

You're welcome.

Really? Twist? Should I be worried?

*thinks* That would be very interesting, and very sad.

I hope you do too! I would never want anything to interfere with the story! ;)

The twist was something set up long ago, because I'm sneaky like that.

Yeah, true. Such a brillant decade coming to an end the way it did. But whichever ending I go with it will be mentioned since that's what brought all the fun to a screeching hault. There will be a little something extra to go along with it once it's finished.
